Happy Valentine’s Day! Or if you are single, like me, Happy Singles Awareness Day!
Don’t ever take relationship or dating advice from a single person – however – if you are going to participate in the traditions of flowers, dinner, movie, and then getting your groove on – try changing things up – get your groove on first! Then you can sit back and have a great time together as you enjoy dinner with your loved one and you won’t be worn out when you get home and then decide to get your groove on.
I spent the first part of Valentine’s Day with my accountant – that is always a great way to start a Monday. But things are going well there and tonight I think I will go to Cafe Rio and enjoy a great salad and then go home and edit a wedding album.
I did email a bride I photographed – she will be working Valentine’s Day – such is the life of a nurse.
So have a Happy Holiday! And remember that you need to show your love every day, not just when Hallmark and chocolatiers tell you to.
