I love amazon.com – it can be a dangerous website some days. And I am very good at rationalizing and deciding what I want is really what I need. Today UPS delivered my brand new flip mino ultra hd. What is the difference between a toy and a tool? You can itemize and deduct tools from your taxes.

But I did buy this flip mino video camera for one purpose – video blogging. I will be posting the occasional video here on dav.d wedding photography so you can get to know me better. It’ll be a new thing for me – already getting nervous. But hopefully the videos will give you a glimpse into the mind of a wedding photographer.

And let me know if there are any topics you want me to talk about. Maybe I can create some videos of a “behind the scenes look” at a wedding, or engagement photo shoot, or me as a second shooter.

I will also write up a review about the flip mino in a few days – because it is Christmas and a review might help Santa Claus decide who gets a flip mino this Christmas.
