Sometimes you are just spinning your wheels – trying to find out why something is broken. Or maybe trying to find a solution to a problems. And then it hits you – that “ah ha” moment. I just had one of those and it turns my whole day right side up.

Maybe it is when God smiles down on you and figures you have suffered enough and he smacks you on the head with some inspiration. I had one of those moments today – and I feel like I am walking on sunshine.

I like to think I am a creative person – especially being a photographer. Photography is a creative profession but sometimes people lose that creative edge – and they don’t seek the “ah ha” moments. I hope I always keep that pursuit. I love that moment that creativity strikes and things work like magic.

I loath the day that I just settle for good and not strive for great.
