Capturing sunbeams through the marble is so cool
Memory Grove is a popular location for bridal portraiture. There are marble columns, a marble chapel, stone steps, reflecting pools and more. I am sure photographers could spend their career here. This is my first bridal shoot in Memory Grove. My brother came along as an assistant and I thought it was a good opportunity to use a reflector for our light.

I love photoshop - you can do almost anything to create art
With the reflector we were able to use the sun’s natural light to create a soft spot light that make these images pop. I even let my brother photograph a few frames – I think the bride had a fun time with two photographers – you feel rather famous I would imagine.

Golden light lights the bride
Mindy and Matt will be married in August at the University of Utah Alumni House. I am so excited.
