Mindy & Matt’s Engagement Photography

Engagement photo shoots are important! It is a chance for the photographer and the happy couple to get to know each other before the wedding. I learn about the couple and your personalities and you get to know me as a photographer.

This photo shoot was in a new location for me – I am branching out in to other locations… and as I always tell people “half of photography is trespassing – the other half is moving furniture.”

Although I dont think we moved any furniture or did any trespassing we did get around.

I have always wanted to photograph on Trax and I think these photos really look good.

If there are train tracks nearby I will have you walking them back and forth to get different shots. I want you people cuddling and close. Engagement sessions are a time for PDA (public display of affection).

I love the old buildings – they just ad character. There is a lot of construction in this area so I am hoping they aren’t tearing them down.
